Did all the Apostles have violent deaths?

Peter and Paul were martyred in Rome in 66 AD. Peter was crucified head down and Paul was beheaded. Andrew was crucified in Greece.

Thomas went to Syria and was killed by four soldiers with spears. Matthew was stabbed to death in Ethiopia. Philip went to Asia Minor, and he converted the wife of a Roman proconsul. The Roman official arrested him and put him to death. Bartholomew has been martyred by flaying and beheading. James was stoned to death in Syria. Luke died being hanged from an olive tree. Simon the Zealot was killed in Persia after refusing to sacrifice to the Sun God.

Matthias went to Syria and died due to burning. John died peacefully and the legend says he escaped unhurt from being cast into boiling oil in Rome. Judas the Iscariot hanged himself after feeling remorse for betraying Jesus.

In another version Judas bought a field with his silver reward and fell “headlong” in it, and “all his bowels gushed out,” implying that he threw himself down rather than that he died accidentally.
