The Khufu Solar Boat is a well-preserved ancient Egyptian cedarwood boat, discovered in 1954 near the Great Pyramid of Giza. Believed to have been built for the Pharaoh Khufu (Cheops), the boat dates back to the 4th dynasty, around 2500 BC. The boat was sealed into a pit near the pyramid and remained intact for thousands of years, until its discovery.
