Intriguing facts #Lucy Australopithecus afarensis #Shorts

Was the hominid missing link ever discovered?
The biggest weakness of Darwin theory on evolution is that it doesn’t explain how species occur abruptly without transition forms.

The fossil known as Lucy is one of the oldest skeletons of a hominid.
Lucy was of the species Australopithecus afarensis, and she was believed to be the missing link.
Her remains were found in Hadar, Ethiopia, in 1974 by Donald Johanson.
She was named for the Beatles song ‘’Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds’’.
Lucy stood about 3.5 feet tall.
The shape of her leg bones, pelvis, and spine indicate that she walked upright.
Lucy is nearly 3.2 million years old.
She ate ripe fruits, nuts, and tubers from both the forest and the savannah.
Lucy’s skeleton, which is 40 percent complete, is stored in a safe in Ethiopia, but only casts of it have been exhibited worldwide.
Her Ethiopian Name, Dinkinesh, Means ‘You Are Marvelous’.
DNA cannot be extracted from her remains.
Her brain was 325 cc and she was unable to speak.
Scientists established she walked on two feet, but she died by falling out from a tree. What was she doing in the tree if she was bipedal? A baboon bone was found in the famous Lucy skeleton.

So, the question still remains:
